Working principle: auxiliary engine drives hydraulic oil pump, water pump and fan. The hydraulic oil pump drives the left and right sweeping plates to expand, lift and rotate. The left and right sweeping brushes are driven by the rotation of the sweeping plates to sweep the garbage on both sides to the middle. At the same time, the diaphragm pump pressurizes the clean water from the clean water tank and sprays it through the high-pressure pipeline control valve to achieve dust reduction,
The suction cup uses the negative pressure generated by the fan to suck the garbage into the dustbin through the air duct for storage.
According to the working environment, the full sweeping mode and the right vertical sweeping can be controlled independently, and there are "full sweeping", "right sweeping" and other operation modes to choose.
Road cleaning: During the cleaning operation, for the dirt and dirt on the pavement, open the left and right sweeper suction cups to lift, and the high-pressure water on the front sweeper spray bar is sprayed through the water spray pipe, forming a water curtain that can reduce dust to complete the road cleaning.
Rear sprinkling and dust reduction: rear sprinkling is equipped under the dustbin at the rear of the road sweeper. In order to avoid secondary pollution caused by the dust raised by the vehicle during the operation, the rear sprinkling switch can be turned on to sprinkle on the ground, which can effectively reduce the floating dust in the bottom air and achieve the purpose of purifying the air. Low-pressure washing: for the clean road surface, the low-pressure washing function can be started, and the sprinkler pump is driven by the chassis power take-off to realize the low-pressure washing function of the sprinkler. (Optional)
